Paula Deen’s Lunchtime of the Day: Paula Deen, new spokeswoman for diabetes drug Victoza, was recently spotted wolfing down a juicy hamburger and fries.
The controversial cook, famed for her fattening recipes, recently came clean about her type 2 diabetes and began endorsing the new Diabetes in a New Light campaign for pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk.
Deen’s new decision to back the diabetes campaign has already lost her a publicist and drawn the ire of Anthony Bourdain.
She is currently on her ”Party-at-Sea” Caribbean cruise, which lets 400 fans hang out on the high seas with the TV personality.
No word on what the cruise menu looks like, but this photo pretty much says it all.
