Intoxicated Wheel Of Fortune of the Day: In a recent interview, Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak revealed that he and co-host Vanna White would often get tanked while filming the game show.
“When I first started and was much younger and could tolerate those things,” Sajak told Dan Le Batard on his talk show. ”We had a different show then.”
Back in the 80′s Sajak and his letter-turning co-host would take dinner breaks at a nearby Mexican restaurant.
“Vanna and I would go across and have two or three or six and then come and do the last shows and have trouble recognizing the alphabet,” said the host. “They’re really great tapes to get a hold of.”
