Drake’s Dream Role of the Day: Rapper Drake is hanging out at Sundance this week, and since the magic of movie making is in the air, he told a reporter that he’d like to play President Obama in a film.
“I hope somebody makes a movie about Obama’s life soon because I could play him,” said the former Degrassi: The Next Generation star. “That’s the goal. I watch all the addresses. Anytime I see him on TV, I don’t change the channel, I definitely pay attention and listen to the inflections of his voice. If you ask anyone who knows me, I’m pretty good at impressions.”
So we can assume Drake’s grasp of American politics is limited to a good impersonation of President Obama.
Sorry Drizzy, but you might have to fight Will Smith for this one.
