Medical Emergency of the Day: Kevin Federline, former backup dancer and ex-husband to Britney Spears, has been hospitalized for the second time while filming the Australian weight-loss show Excess Baggage.
Federline suffered chest pains and a “roaring pulse” while filming the series. He was treated by on-site paramedics before being taken to the hospital in an ambulance for further testing.
Doctors at Mt. Druitt Hospital say it was not a heart attack, but the symptoms were probably due to the physical activity he was participating in during the incident.
The Excess Baggage contestant was also hospitalized in December for heat stress.
