Swift Lawsuit of the Day: Taylor Swift’s lawyers have threatened legal action against a blog that posted a topless photo they allege to be the young country singer.
The photo on Celeb Jihad is of a woman who looks similar to Swift, under the headline “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?”
The singer and her lawyers sent a letter to the site threatening to sue for trademark infringement if the “leaked” photo is not removed. The letter also says the site contains “false pornographic images and false ‘news” about Swift.
A rep for the website told TMZ that the blog is considering its options.
